Booking Enquiry

To make a booking enquiry please call our Booking Secretary Eileen Summers on 01803 559755. Generally it is easier to phone than email so that we can explain what’s available.

We have three rooms available:

Main Hall: 180 seated OR 240 standing

Community Room 60 seated OR 80 standing

Committee Room 40

ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE IN FULL AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.

PLEASE MAKE ALL CHEQUES PAYABLE TO “MARLDON VILLAGE HALL COUNCIL”

A Damage Deposit of £50 is required. This will be returned when the hall has been inspected after the hire providing there is no damage. Please make payment for this on a separate cheque (or cash) so the deposit can be returned to you (see conditions of hire).

Please read all the Conditions of Hire before making your booking.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REFUSE MUST BE PLACED IN THE SOUTH HAMS CONTAINER AT THE FRONT OF THE HALL, OR TAKEN AWAY WITH YOU.
